Strengthening National Integrity
The Corruption Perception Index (CPI) Special Task Force represents a strategic government initiative established to enhance Malaysia's standing in global CPI rankings. This body coordinates integrated efforts across government agencies and independent bodies, reflecting the strong commitment of the Prime Minister and the Government of Malaysia to strengthen national integrity, governance, and anti-corruption systems.
The Task Force aims to position Malaysia among the top 25 countries in the CPI within 10 years, as outlined in the Mid-Term Review of the Twelfth Malaysia Plan.
