The Public Officer Training is a mandatory integrity training programme designed for civil servants across all government agencies. This comprehensive online training session covers essential topics related to ethics, governance, and anti-corruption practices in the public sector.
Delivered through an interactive Zoom session, participants will learn from experienced facilitators and engage in case studies relevant to their daily work. The training aims to strengthen understanding of integrity principles and equip officers with practical tools to uphold ethical standards.
Key modules include: Understanding the CPI and its implications, Ethics in decision-making, Managing conflicts of interest, Procurement integrity, and Whistleblowing procedures.
Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate of attendance. All government officers are required to complete this training as part of the national integrity enhancement initiative.
